Recipe for bitter gourd

spoon oil in the pan and heat it.
Put the spices in the bitter gourd oil and cover with a lid and cook
on medium flame for 6-7 minutes. Open the lid, roll the karas and cover
them again. Cook the berries again for 5-6 minutes, open the lid and see
the ones on which they are not cooked, make them squeeze downwards,
make the bitter sour side and lower the bitter gourd in the middle.
After turning bitter gourd, turn it over and over again. Now your
stuffed burgers are ready. Serve with Puri, Paratha, Kachoda If you are
going on a trip, do not forget to take the stuffed bitter gourd. If you
use mustard oil, then make bitter gourds in mustard oil only, berries
made from mustard oil are even more delicious.
