# MELAI KOFTA FORM #To make Mali Kofta we will first make Kofta. For this, take a boiled potato peel in a bowl and mash well. Now
take a separate bowl and add the grated paneer, mashed potato, corn
flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, finely chopped cashew
nuts and currant and mix well.
Make this round and round koftas by making this mixture. Now put oil on an embroidery gas and keep it warm. After the oil is heated, add 3-4 Koftas and fry them over and over till the golden brown on medium-low flame. Likewise, keep all the other koftas in the same way. Now your koftas are ready. Now to make gravy, grind onion and tomatoes separately and make fine paste.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it over the gas. Once the oil is heated, add lentil sugar, cinnamon leaf, long and cardamom to it and fry it. Then add the onion paste to it and fry it well until brown. Then put ginger and garlic paste in it too. After a little fry, mix it with tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala powder and cashew paste and fry it well until the oil comes out with spices. Now add 2 cups of water and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.
Then put salt and casserole fenugreek in it. Then add the cream kofta in it and mix it with light hand and mix it and now turn the gas off. Now your skin is ready to be Kofta. Take it out in a serving dish and garnish with green coriander and cream and eat and serve.
